morning 8:00 - 12:00 hours (€ 3,00 extra charge)
noon 12:00 - 17:00 hours (€ 3,00 extra charge)
evening 17:00 - 21:00 hours (€ 3,00 extra charge)
daytime 8:00 - 17:00 hours (standard rate € 7,95 )
- Delivery costs
Standard delivery = €5,95 + € 2,00 adminstration costs total € 7,95 for the Netherlands
